Modal/Cotton Tencel/Cotton Bamboo/Cotton 100% Egyptian Cotton
Modal:
Modal fabric is a super soft/ breathable fiber made from beech trees. It is considered a semi-synthetic because the raw material, cellulose, is a natural material which is then turned into fiber using an environmentally-friendly chemical process. Its natural properties allows breathability in which sweat and moisture are quickly released and not trapped next to the skin.
Tencel:
Tencel, is a fiber made from the wood pulp of trees that are grown and replaced on specialized tree farms. Unlike most cellulosic fabrics, Tencel is produced using recyclable, Earth-friendly solvents. When blended with cotton, Tencel adds wrinkle-resistance and the lustrous feel of a silk. Tencel is known for being a natural fiber that has a flattering drape and is soft, luxurious, breathable, naturally wrinkle-resistant, and environmentally sustainable.
Bamboo:
Bamboo fabric is a natural textile made from the pulp of bamboo grass. The Bamboo used to produce fabrics is easily replenished and requires no pesticides to grow. Bamboo is a breathable, hypo allergenic fabric that is very good for people who suffer from allergies.
Egyptian Cotton:
Fabrics made of Egyptian cotton are softer, finer and last longer than any other cotton, so are worth putting the slight extra bit of money into. Since finer yarns mean a higher thread count, the weave of the fabric is significantly stronger and lasts a lot longer than regular cotton. Egyptian Cotton is considered a luxury item
